Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hospital Administrator located in Dehradun. The Hospital Administrator will oversee daily hospital operations, manage staff, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and uphold high standards of patient care. Key responsibilities include coordinating between departments, managing budgets, ensuring efficient facility management, addressing patient needs, and implementing policies for smooth workflow within the hospital. Qualifications Proficiency in Hospital Operations and adeptness in Hospital Management Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication, including conflict resolution Understanding of healthcare practices, including fundamental knowledge of Medicine Leadership and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment Experience in healthcare administration or a related field Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent Prior experience in managing healthcare settings is preferred
