About the Role We are looking for a Business Research & Growth Associate Intern who will support outreach, research, and partnership development with universities and institutions. The role involves identifying collaboration opportunities, managing outreach campaigns, and assisting with business growth initiatives in the AI education space. Key Responsibilities • Manage and execute email marketing and outreach campaigns • Research universities, institutions, and potential partners • Coordinate and communicate with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) • Maintain and update lead databases and outreach records • Assist with business development and partnership initiatives Skills & Qualifications • Strong communication and research skills • Interest in business development, market research, or growth strategy • Basic understanding of email outreach or lead generation (preferred) • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Eligibility • Students or recent graduates in Business, Management, Marketing, Economics, or related fields • Candidates interested in startups, AI education, and business growth What You Will Gain • Hands-on experience in business development and institutional partnerships • Exposure to the AI education and startup ecosystem • Practical experience in research, outreach strategy, and growth operations Internship Details 📍 Location: On-site, Kolkata ⏰ Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM 💰 Stipend: ₹6,000 – ₹8,000 per month 🗓 Duration: 3 Months 📍 Office Address: Mani Casadona, Opposite Ecospace Business Park, Kolkata, West Bengal How to Apply Interested in working at the intersection of AI and education?
