Remote - Customer Service Representative (Full Time)

Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 USD (depending on experience) Location: India, Remote Travel: Occasional travel to our Berlin, Germany office is expected every 4 months The program is designed for individuals from all backgrounds, requiring no prior technical experience. This is a full-time, remote role for a Customer Support Specialist. The Customer Support Specialist will provide exceptional support to participants, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely manner. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering technical assistance, and escalating complex cases to appropriate teams when needed. Expertise in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction Proficiency in providing Technical Support and resolving technical issues Familiarity with AI tools or bootcamp-styled training programs is a plus Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
