Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in Gandhinagar. The Customer Support Executive will handle customer interactions to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include providing online and technical support, resolving customer inquiries effectively, and assisting in improving the overall customer experience. The role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills to ensure high levels of service quality.
Salary : 40K
Qualifications
• Experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, and ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Proficiency in Online Support and Technical Support processes
• Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills
• Capability to work efficiently in an on-site, collaborative environment
• Familiarity with tools and systems used in customer support is a plus
• Prior experience in a related role or field preferred
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle diverse customer needs
