Tech Lead – Full Stack (MEAN Stack + AWS)

Our solutions help airlines streamline crew rules, bidding, reserves, IROP resolution, and pay management. We build real-world operational systems used daily by airline teams. Our focus is on scalable, reliable applications that solve complex rule-based problems in aviation. Role Description This is a full-time remote role (India) for a Tech Lead – Full Stack (MEAN Stack). This is a hands-on leadership role. You will actively contribute to development while mentoring a small team and helping translate business and domain requirements into scalable technical solutions. You will work closely with US-based teams, so availability from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST is mandatory. Key Responsibilities • Lead and mentor a team of 3–4 full stack developers • Design and implement backend services using Node.js and MongoDB • Develop and maintain frontend applications using Angular • Translate business and domain requirements into technical designs • Architect clean and maintainable application workflows • Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices • Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis • Monitor EC2 instances, review logs, and ensure application uptime • Manage storage and assets using S3 • Participate in client and SME discussions to clarify requirements • Drive sprint planning and ensure timely delivery Qualifications • 4+ years of total software development experience • 3+ years of experience leading or mentoring developers • Strong hands-on expertise in the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) • Experience designing and optimizing databases • Experience handling production deployments and troubleshooting • Basic familiarity with EC2 instances, logs, and S3 storage • Strong understanding of system design fundamentals • Good communication skills • Comfortable working in a remote setup with fixed US overlap hours Compensation CTC: ₹20L – ₹25L per annum • Compensation will depend on technical depth and leadership capability.
