Role Description This role is for a Junior Data Analyst responsible for supporting data-driven decision-making through structured data analysis, reporting, and data management activities. In this position, you will assist in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that help teams understand performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement. The Junior Data Analyst will support the collection, organization, and validation of data from multiple sources. You will work with structured datasets to ensure information is accurate, consistent, and properly maintained. By following defined analytical processes and data standards, you will contribute to reliable and high-quality data outputs. Key responsibilities include assisting with data cleaning, preparing datasets for analysis, and performing basic analytical tasks to identify patterns and trends. You will help maintain dashboards, reports, and data summaries that support performance tracking, monitoring, and internal reporting needs. You will collaborate with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to understand data requirements and respond to reporting or analysis requests. This includes supporting ad-hoc analysis, documenting data definitions, and assisting with data quality checks to ensure analytical results align with business needs. The Junior Data Analyst role requires strong attention to detail, analytical curiosity, and a structured approach to problem-solving. You will be expected to manage assigned tasks independently, meet deadlines, and maintain data accuracy while continuing to develop your technical and analytical skills. Clear communication is an important part of this role.
