Content Writer

Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough research on assigned topics to gather accurate and relevant information. This could involve reading articles, reports, and other sources. • Create well-written, engaging, and informative content tailored to the target audience. This could include blog posts, articles, social media updates, product descriptions, and more. • Incorporate relevant keywords into your content to improve search engine rankings. Understand basic SEO principles and apply them to your writing. • Review and edit your work to ensure it is free from grammatical errors, typos, and inconsistencies. Proofread content to maintain high-quality standards. • Work closely with marketing, design, and other teams to ensure content aligns with the overall strategy and brand guidelines. • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for new content. Help plan and schedule content to ensure a consistent publishing rhythm. • Write in various tones and styles, depending on the platform and audience. This might include formal, informal, conversational, technical, or creative writing. • Be open to feedback from editors, and clients. Implement suggested changes to improve the quality of your content. • Keep track of your research sources, drafts, and final versions of your content. Organize and archive your work systematically. • If required, create simple graphics or visuals to accompany your content using tools like Canva or Adobe Spark. • Occasionally, you may be required to engage with the audience on social media platforms, responding to comments and messages related to your content. QUALIFICATIONS: • Fluent in English (written and spoken) • Prior experience in similar role is a plus. • Strong command of grammar, punctuation, and syntax. • Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content. • Ability to generate innovative ideas and adapt writing style for different audiences and platforms. • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment. • Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely.
