The Employee Relations Specialist will ensure strong relationships between employees and management by handling employee concerns, facilitating communication, and promoting a positive work environment. Responsibilities include implementing and maintaining HR policies, addressing employee grievance processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and assisting with performance management initiatives. The specialist will also lead employee engagement initiatives and support organizational culture development efforts.
