About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and people-friendly Manager to handle our branch-wise Career Counsellors and Telecalling team. This person will make sure every counsellor and telecaller meets their monthly targets, follows the right process, and gives a good experience to students who reach out to us.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handle and monitor the counsellors across all branches (minimum 2 per branch) and the central telecalling team.
2. Set transparent monthly targets for each counsellor and telecaller.
3. Plan strategies to achieve the targets and improve admissions.
4. Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance using our CRM (Meritto) and ERP (Collexo).
5. Identify gaps or shortfalls in target achievement and take corrective action mid-month.
6. Train counsellors and telecallers regularly on counselling skills, follow-up process, and communication.
7. Build a strong, motivated, and cooperative team environment.
8. Coordinate with branch heads to ensure smooth operations.
9. Prepare monthly achievement reports and submit them to top management.
10. Ensure proper lead handling, follow-up, and closure for all leads from all sources.
Requirements
1. Minimum 10+ years of experience in managing counsellors, telecallers, or sales teams (preferably from training/education sector).
2. Strong team-handling and communication skills.
3. Ability to track targets and guide the team to achieve results.
4. Comfort using CRM/ERP tools.
5. Good leadership, problem-solving, and planning abilities
