This role is ideal for candidates with experience supporting Product or SaaS environments and a strong foundation in cloud and Linux-based infrastructure. Key Requirements: • 1–3 years of experience in Product / SaaS Support or Cloud Operations • Strong knowledge of Linux administration • Hands-on exposure to AWS or Azure cloud platforms • Understanding of Kubernetes (K8s) concepts • Experience troubleshooting and maintaining production systems • Fundamental knowledge of Networking, Storage, and Databases is required • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Education: Technical / Engineering Graduate preferred Note: This role operates in a 24/7 rotational shift model.
