Job Profile – Content Creator Department: Creative Content Industry: Hospitality / Hotel & Resort Position Overview • We are looking for a creative and dynamic Content Creator who can capture and • produce engaging visual content • that showcases our hotel’s experiences, services, and brand story. The candidate will • be responsible for creating • high-quality videos, reels, and social media content that highlight the unique hospitality • experience offered by our hotel. • The ideal candidate should have a strong creative mindset, basic video production • skills, and the ability to present hotel • facilities, guest experiences, and destination highlight in an engaging way. 1. Video Content Creation • Visit property Shoot and edit videos showcasing • Hotel rooms and interiors • Food & dining experiences • Guest activities and experiences • Events, weddings, and celebrations • Local destinations, attractions and others. • Create creative video content for social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, • Facebook, and websites. 2. Creative Storytelling • Conceptualize unique video ideas and creative concepts to promote the hotel. • Create engaging content that highlights the luxury, comfort, and experiences of the • property. 3. Content Editing & Production • Edit videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar • software. • Add music, captions, transitions, and visual effects to enhance storytelling. • Ensure all content aligns with the brand guidelines of the hotel. 4. Content Planning • Plan content calendars for regular posting. • Capture seasonal events, festivals, and special offers. Required Qualifications • Graduate in any stream (BA / BBA / B.Com / BSc / etc.) • Passion for video creation and social media content • Basic knowledge of video shooting and editing Required Skills • Creativity and storytelling ability • Basic videography and photography skills • Social media awareness and trend understanding • Video editing skills • Communication and presentation skills • Attention to detail Preferred Skills • Experience with Reels, YouTube Shorts, and travel content • Knowledge of Drone videography • Graphic design knowledge (Canva / Photoshop) • Experience in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle content
