Role Overview We are looking for Management Trainee Interns who are eager to learn, take initiative, and gain hands-on exposure across multiple business functions. This internship is designed to give fresh graduates a holistic understanding of how a fast-growing technology company operates. As a Management Trainee Intern, you will rotate across different departments & roles to support teams in areas such as marketing research, inside sales support, information security & governance initiatives, and business operations. This role offers a robust learning environment and the opportunity to work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities - Conduct market and industry research to support marketing campaigns, product positioning, and sales initiatives - Assist in creating marketing collateral such as product presentations, case studies, and research briefs - Assist in inside-sales activities, including lead research, prospect profiling, and outreach preparation - Support information security and governance initiatives, documentation, and compliance-related activities - Help organize and maintain internal knowledge repositories, reports, and documentation - Collaborate with different teams including marketing, sales, product, and operations on cross-functional initiatives - Participate in internal discussions and projects to understand how technology platforms and enterprise solutions are positioned and delivered Skills & Qualifications - This role is open to fresh graduate (Business, Management, IT, Marketing, or related field) - Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong interest in technology, digital transformation, and business operations - Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different roles and responsibilities - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
