Role Description This is a full-time on-site Healthcare Specialist role based in Srikakulam. The Healthcare Specialist will provide medical assistance, ensure the delivery of quality patient care, and perform EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) duties as needed. Responsibilities will involve participating in healthcare-related training programs, promoting patient wellness, and maintaining clear communication with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care effectively. Qualifications • Proficiency in EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) skills and general medical procedures • Strong communication skills to build rapport with patients and effectively convey information • Experience or capability in delivering healthcare services and promoting patient wellness • Comfort with training and educating others on healthcare-related topics • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a dynamic healthcare environment • Prior experience in the healthcare industry or medical setting is a plus • Relevant certifications or qualifications in medicine, EMT, or healthcare-related fields
