Job Title Sales Hybrid Recruiter (Recruitment + Sales) Department Human Resources / Business Development Job Location Manduadih in front of Post Office [On-site / Hybrid / Remote – ] Experience 0–4 years (flexible based on interview performance) Salary 16k to 20k As per interview / industry standards Job Summary We are looking for a Sales Hybrid Recruiter who can efficiently handle end-to-end recruitment while also contributing to sales, client acquisition, and revenue generation. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, people-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Responsibilities • Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases • Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers • Maintain and update candidate data and recruitment trackers • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process • Meet monthly and quarterly hiring targets Sales / Business Development Responsibilities • Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, and networking • Pitch recruitment services or company offerings to potential clients • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners • Understand client hiring requirements and close recruitment deals • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals • Prepare basic proposals, follow-ups, and client reports Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field • Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or both • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Ability to multitask between recruitment and sales responsibilities • Target-oriented with a problem-solving mindset • Familiarity with job portals and CRM tools • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication Preferred Skills (Good to Have) • Experience in healthcare / staffing / service-based industries • Prior experience in consultancy or staffing firms • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Number of successful closures (hires) • Revenue generated from clients • Lead conversion ratio • Time-to-hire and client satisfaction Why Join Us • Growth-oriented work environment • Performance-based incentives • Learning exposure in both HR and Sales • Career advancement opportunities Equal Opportunity Statement The organization is an equal opportunity employer and encourages candidates from all backgrounds to apply.
