Role : Senior Product Manager – Category & Sourcing Location : On-site – Delhi Duration : Full Time Experience : 3-5 Years CTC : ₹10–12 LPA Industry Preference : Beauty / Personal Care / FMCG / D2C About the Role We are looking for a commercially strong Senior Product Manager with hands-on experience in Category Management and Sourcing. This role is one level above Product Manager and requires someone with deeper exposure to vendor negotiations, cost optimization, and category P&L ownership, rather than only product lifecycle execution. The ideal candidate should combine product thinking with strong commercial acumen. Key Responsibilities Category & Commercial Ownership · Own category growth strategy and commercial performance · Drive margin improvement and cost optimization · Analyze market trends, competition, and pricing benchmarks Sourcing & Vendor Management · Identify and onboard new vendors/manufacturers · Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and commercial terms · Work closely with supply chain and operations for smooth execution Product Development & Execution · Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch · Collaborate with NPD, packaging, marketing, and performance teams · Ensure timely product launches aligned with revenue targets Financial & Data Analysis · Monitor product performance, contribution margins, and inventory turnover · Take corrective action based on sales data and demand trends What We’re Looking For · 3–5 years of experience in Product / Category / Sourcing roles · Strong exposure to vendor negotiation and commercial discussions · Experience handling product costing and margin structures · P&L understanding and financial acumen · Ability to work in fast-paced startup environment Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
