Technical Sourcer

Job Title: Talent Sourcer Location: India | Supporting US & Other International Clients (100% Remote) Experience: 2–6 years in talent sourcing Role Overview We are hiring a Talent Sourcer to strengthen our Team by identifying, researching, and engaging niche and hard-to-find candidates. This role is purely sourcing-focused and does not involve end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate is a strong researcher with hands-on expertise in advanced sourcing techniques and a deep understanding of the US talent market. Key Responsibilities • Source niche and specialized candidates for international roles • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future needs • Use advanced sourcing methods including Boolean, X-Ray, and deep web searches • Identify and engage passive candidates beyond job portals • Conduct market mapping and competitor talent research • Share well-qualified candidate profiles with recruiters and delivery teams • Maintain accurate sourcing data and notes in ATS Sourcing Channels & Tools • LinkedIn Recruiter / Sales Navigator • Google X-Ray & Boolean searches • Job Boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, etc.) • Internal ATS & resume databases • GitHub, Stack Overflow, tech forums, and online communities • Social media and niche platforms relevant to the role Required Skills & Experience • Strong experience in US/International hiring & sourcing • Expertise in Boolean logic and advanced search strategies • Proven ability to source niche and hard-to-fill roles • Understanding of technology, skill taxonomies, and hiring trends • Ability to work independently and deliver under tight timelines Good to Have • Experience sourcing technology or specialized roles • Familiarity with ATS tools (Bullhorn, CEIPAL, JobDiva, or similar) • Knowledge of US visa categories (H1B, GC, USC – preferred, not mandatory) This role is 100% focused on sourcing and talent discovery.
