Youth Counselor

Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Youth Counselor. The Youth Counselor will work directly with young individuals, providing guidance and support to promote their personal and social development. Responsibilities include conducting individual or group counseling sessions, designing and implementing youth development programs, collaborating with stakeholders to address social and emotional needs, and creating a safe and nurturing environment for youth growth. Qualifications • Experience in Youth Services, Youth Development, and Social Work • Proven skills in Working with Children and understanding their unique needs • Background or knowledge in Psychology to address emotional and behavioral challenges • Compassionate communicator with strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities • Prior experience in remote counseling or online youth programs is an advantage • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field preferred
