Event Production Manager

Role Review We are looking for a hands-on, execution-focused Event Production Manager who can own the production lifecycle end-to-end. This role demands strategic thinking, operational control, vendor leadership, financial discipline, and zero-compromise quality standards. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end event production from concept to execution • Develop production plans, timelines, and execution strategies • Prepare and manage detailed budgets with cost control discipline • Source, negotiate, and manage vendors (fabrication, AV, light, sound, stage, décor, logistics, etc.) • Oversee on-ground execution ensuring quality, safety, and timeline adherence • Coordinate closely with clients, internal teams, and creative leads • Conduct site inspections, technical recce, and production feasibility analysis • Handle crisis management and real-time troubleshooting during live events • Maintain production documentation, reports, and post-event analysis What we are looking for • Proven experience in Event Production / Production Management • Strong budgeting and vendor negotiation skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • Sharp organisational skills with strong attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple large-scale events simultaneously • Strong local vendor network in Hyderabad is a plus • Minimum 4–7 years of relevant experience preferred Why Join Alankaran Team • Work on high-impact corporate and experiential projects • Be part of a growing, ambitious team • Opportunity to lead large-format productions • High ownership role with growth potential
