Work Location: Client Site – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Engineer to be deployed at a client site in KSA. The candidate will provide onsite and remote support for Microsoft 365, Azure, and related IT infrastructure. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, user support experience, and the ability to maintain high service standards in an enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities - End-User Support • Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support to end users onsite. • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. • Support desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. • Handle incident management through ticketing systems (SLA adherence). • Microsoft 365 Administration. • Infrastructure & Networking • Documentation & Reporting • Prepare incident reports and root cause analysis. • Provide regular status updates to IT management. • Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. • 2–5 years of experience in IT Support / System Administration. • Hands-on experience with: • Microsoft 365 Administration • Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID • Windows Server & Active Directory • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage). • Monitor security alerts and escalate as required. • Assist in patch management and vulnerability remediation.
