Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a General Dentist located at Alfa Dental Clinic in Mominpura, Nagpur. The General Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating oral health conditions, performing routine dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, and extractions, providing patient education on oral hygiene, developing treatment plans, and ensuring high-quality patient care. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate patient records and staying updated on the latest advancements in dentistry. Qualifications • Proficiency in dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, root canals, extractions, and crown placements • Knowledge of oral health education and ability to effectively communicate preventive care practices to patients • Experience with patient diagnosis, treatment planning, and management of dental conditions • Familiarity with dental tools, equipment, and maintaining sterilization standards • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building patient trust and delivering quality care • Dentistry degree (BDS or equivalent) from an accredited institution • Valid dental license to practice in India • Attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent patient outcomes • Experience with advanced dental technologies or specialized areas is an advantage
