About us: Alive Catholic Early Learning Centre is a thriving 90-place Centre dedicated to supporting children's growth and development from 6 months to 5 years. Our holistic approach to learning emphasises child-led programs in every room, fostering a sense of curiosity and exploration. Additional Information About the role: We are seeking experienced educators for our babies and toddlers rooms, with permanent hours ranging from 30 to 38 hours per week on offer. As a knowledgeable educator, you will: • Support child development and build strong relationships with both children and families. • Work as part of a collaborative team with other experienced and likeminded educators. • Assist in the creation of engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences that foster children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. • Contribute to the planning, assessment, and evaluation cycle within your dedicated learning environment. • Participate in the development and evaluation of individual learning plans in collaboration with Senior Educators. About you: • Diploma or Cert III qualification • Experience working as educator within an early learning centre is highly desirable. • Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance for South Australia • First Aid ACECQA approved qualification – HTLAID012 (or willing to obtain) • Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse, and Neglect – Education and Care (or willing to obtain) We are committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where every child is respected, valued, and protected.
