Client Servicing Manager - Corporate Events

Open Position : Client Servicing Manager - Corporate Events Industry - Events Services Location - Malad Job Profile: • Actively participate in new client pitching and understand event service requirements. • Conduct a wide range of events including product launches, conferences, conclaves, R&R, annualdays, family days, and exhibitions. • Handle client meetings, gather briefings, and present agency recommendations for projects. • Effectively communicate client requirements to the Design Team, Operations Team, and support business through event ideation and flow presentations. • Ensure exceptional and timely delivery for clients, managing event activities from inception to completion with the production team. • Oversee on-site event management to ensure smooth operations and create comprehensive deliverables and reports post-event. • Expert in PPT, pitch deck and costing • Maintain a process-oriented approach and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
