Role Overview:
You will provide support in a high-volume environment to corporate recruiters throughout the recruiting process for an assigned business unit. Your responsibilities will include scheduling interviews, blocking calendars, managing hiring drives, and preparing interview MIS. You will maintain the applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and compliance. Additionally, you will conduct audits in the applicant tracking system and make necessary corrections in HRIS. As the primary contact with third-party vendors, you will coordinate candidate pre-employment checks to facilitate candidate status. It will be your responsibility to handle all new hire processes, including offer letter generation and delivery, ensuring a positive experience for all involved. You will also coordinate internal and external job postings, respond to recruiting-related inquiries promptly, and maintain records of recruiting-related documents in accordance with company retention policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to corporate recruiters in the recruiting process

Qualifications Required:
- Minimum Qualification: Any Graduation
- Experience: 0.6-2 years
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including intermediate Excel knowledge
- Familiarity with enterprise applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Energetic self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
