Job description: Location: Noida, Delhi NCR Experience Required: 5–7 years Industry: Oil & Energy Function: Sales & Business Development Type: Full-Time About the Role: We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with 5-7 years of proven experience in the oil-based industry and B2B corporate marketing. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-impact environments, understands the prospects of industrial sales, and can build long-term relationships with corporate clients. Key Responsibilities: • Drive B2B sales strategies across oil and energy verticals • Develop and manage corporate accounts, ensuring consistent revenue growth • Identify new business opportunities and lead negotiations with key stakeholders • Collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns with sales goals • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics. Requirements: • 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales within the oil-based industry especially for Refined Glycerin/ Crude Soybean oil and Crude Rice bran oil. • Strong background in B2B corporate marketing and client acquisition • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
