Junior Proposal Writer

Job Title: Junior Proposal Writer Experience: 0 to 1 Year Shift: Day Shift Location: Vadodara Job Description: ALOIS Solutions is seeking a talented and motivated Junior Proposal Writer for our Vadodara location. The Junior Proposal Writer will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to create compelling proposals to win new business. Responsibilities: • Assist in the development and preparation of proposals, responding to RFP’s, RFQ’s and client requests promptly and professionally. • Conduct detailed research to understand the requirements of each proposal. • Collaborate with technical experts and delivery teams to gather and transform objectives into compelling, persuasive proposal content. • Ensure that all proposals follow company branding guidelines and are compliant with the client’s requirements. • Participate actively in proposal reviews and follow-up with internal teams in obtaining necessary approvals. • Assist in maintaining a library of proposal content for future use. • Work under tight deadlines and coordinate with team members to produce high-quality proposals. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. • 0 to 1 year of experience in proposal writing, preferably in the IT sector. • Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills. • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask. • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
