School Level: PRT, TGT, PGT • Qualification: Regular /Full Time Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Mathematics preferably with B.Ed College Level : Assistant Professor/Associate Professor Qualification: Regular /Full Time Master’s degree in Mathematics with one of the qualification (M.Phil/NET/SET/Ph.D) General Criteria: • Minimum 2 years Teaching Exp • Strong command of mathematical concepts across various levels. • Effective classroom management and communication skills. • Passion for education and a commitment to fostering a love for mathematics in students Responsibilities , Curriculum Planning and Delivery. • Develop and implement well-structured lesson plans in accordance with the school/College curriculum and educational standards. • Utilize a variety of teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and engage students in the subject matter. Classroom Instruction: • Facilitate interactive and participatory classroom discussions. • Use technology, visual aids, and real-life examples to enhance understanding and application of mathematical concepts. Student Assessment: • Administer assessments, quizzes, and examinations to evaluate students' comprehension and progress. • Provide constructive feedback to students and regularly communicate with parents on academic performance. Student Engagement: • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active student participation and collaboration. • Organize and supervise extracurricular activities related to mathematics, such as math clubs or competitions. Individualized Support: • Provide additional assistance to students who may need extra support in understanding mathematical concepts. • Implement strategies to cater to the needs of diverse learners. Professional Development: • Stay abreast of educational trends, teaching methodologies, and advancements in the field of mathematics. • Participate in professional development opportunities offered by the schoo/Collegel. Parent Communication: • Maintain open and effective communication with parents through regular updates, parent-teacher conferences, and other communication channels. • Collaborate with parents to support students' academic and personal growth.
