About the job: We are looking for a highly skilled Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can create impactful marketing and social media creatives while maintaining strong brand consistency. The role requires someone who understands brand identity, colors, typography, and brand guidelines, and can bring a modern, Gen Z-focused creative style to digital content. The ideal candidate should also be comfortable using AI-assisted design tools and have a strong portfolio showcasing branding, creative graphics, and video work. - Adobe Creative Suite Expertise: Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro are a plus) for creating high-quality digital and marketing creatives. - Brand Identity & Guidelines: Strong understanding of brand colors, typography, visual systems, and brand guidelines, with the ability to define and maintain a consistent brand tone and visual identity. - Creative Graphic Design: Ability to design high-impact marketing collaterals, ad creatives, and social media graphics with strong visual hierarchy and layout principles. - Video Editing & Motion Content: Experience editing short-form videos, reels, and promotional content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects. - AI-Assisted Design Tools: Familiarity with AI-powered design workflows and tools for faster ideation, creative generation, and visual experimentation. - Gen Z Design Sensibility: Strong understanding of modern, Gen Z-friendly visual styles, including bold typography, dynamic layouts, trend-driven visuals, and engaging social media creatives. - Digital & Performance Creative Thinking: Ability to create scroll-stopping visuals and ad creatives optimized for digital platforms and performance campaigns. - Portfolio of Work: A strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media designs, marketing creatives, and video content. - Collaboration & Execution: Ability to interpret creative briefs, collaborate with marketing teams, and deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.
