• Job Title* -Patient Engagement Expert / Counsellor / Customer Service Associate (Level I – PDCM) • Experience* -0–6 months (Freshers can apply) -Job Location: Vashi near station -Shift: 8-hour rotational shifts -Weekly Off: One day per week -Joining: Immediate Joiner • Education* -Graduate in Science background (Life Sciences, Biology, Nursing, Pharmacy, etc. – IT backgrounds not eligible) • Salary* -Upto 21,000/ Gross Salary will depend on previous draw and interview performance • Role Summary* -The Patient Engagement Expert will call patients to understand their health condition, provide basic counselling, guide them to hospitals when required, and update patient details in the system. • Key Responsibilities* - Provide solutions on calls to the patients suffering from various health conditions. -Understand patient health status and provide basic guidance and counselling. - Identify medical needs and connect patients to appropriate hospitals or healthcare providers. -Enter and update patient information accurately in the portal/system. -Follow defined processes and maintain data confidentiality. • Required Skills* -Good communication and listening skills. • Preferred Candidates* -Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience. -Science background (excluding IT). -Languages Required: ✅ Gujarati ✅ Tamil ✅ Telugu ✅ Malayalam Job Types: Fresher, Internship Contract length: 6 months Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month Language: • Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi, Marathi, English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
