Role Summary We're looking for an E-commerce Manager to own revenue, conversion and daily operations across our D2C website and marketplaces (Amazon/Flipkart/Quick Commerce as applicable) . This role is equal parts growth + execution : you'll manage site merchandising, CRO, listings, pricing, promotions, inventory coordination, customer experience, and reporting—working closely with performance marketing, creative, operations and finance.Key Responsibilities1) D2C Website Growth & Merchandising Own the online store P&L drivers : conversion rate, AOV, repeat rate, CAC efficiency (with marketing), and net revenue. Improve conversion rate (CRO) : landing pages, PDP optimisation, checkout improvement, trust elements, offers, bundles. Manage catalogue and merchandising : product launches, best-seller positioning, bundles/kits, cross-sell/upsell. Track funnel metrics daily and run structured weekly experiments. 2) Marketplaces (Amazon/Flipkart/Other) Manage product listings end-to-end: titles, bullets, A+ content, images, keywords , variants. Plan and execute promotions , deal participation, pricing strategy and ad coordination (with marketplace ads specialist if available). Monitor account health, compliance, suppression issues, tickets and escalations . Own marketplace revenue, returns, ratings, review growth, and buy-box performance (where relevant). 3) Operations & Customer Experience Coordinate with ops for inventory planning, fill rates, stock-outs prevention , dispatch SLAs and RTO/returns reduction. Improve customer experience: support macros, FAQs, order issue resolution , COD/prepaid mix initiatives. Ensure smooth execution of offers, coupons, cashback, prepaid incentives . 4) Analytics & Reporting Build and maintain weekly dashboards: sales, CVR, AOV, traffic, returns, RTO, contribution margin , top SKUs, stock cover. Deep-dive on product/channel performance and recommend actions. Work with finance to reconcile payments, refunds, marketplace settlements , and promotional ROI. 5) Cross-functional Leadership Coordinate with Performance Marketing, Creative, Product, Ops, Customer Support and Finance . Create clear weekly plans, task owners, deadlines, and ensure closure. KPIs You'll Own Net revenue (D2C + marketplaces) Conversion rate, AOV, repeat rate Stock availability / fill rate, stock-out days Returns %, RTO %, cancellations Marketplace account health metrics, ratings/reviews Contribution margin improvement (with finance) Requirements • 3–7 years of hands-on e-commerce experience (D2C + marketplaces preferred). • Strong understanding of Shopify/WooCommerce/custom storefronts , payment flows, analytics. • Experience managing Amazon Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Hub (or relevant channels). • Solid skills in Excel/Google Sheets ; comfort with dashboards and weekly reporting.
