Computerized Machine Embroidery Merchandiser

Job Summary Amalembroideries is seeking a proactive Computerized Machine Embroidery Merchandiser to manage client embroidery orders from inquiry to bulk execution. The role involves close coordination with in-house digitizing, sampling, production planning, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery, cost control, and premium embroidery standards. Key Responsibilities • Handle embroidery inquiries, artwork files, and technical details • Coordinate with the in-house digitizing team for design development and approvals • Manage sampling process and pre-production approvals • Prepare accurate costing based on stitch count, machine runtime, thread consumption, and complexity • Plan and monitor bulk production schedules with machine allocation • Ensure embroidery quality (thread tension, density, alignment, finishing standards) • Coordinate thread shades, backing materials, and trims with stores • Track order status and update management on production progress
