Maintenance Technician

Perform basic electrical repairs such as fans, switches, lights, and wiring Handle basic repair and servicing of AC units and refrigerators Carry out plumbing repairs including taps, pipelines, and bathroom fittings Ensure proper maintenance of hotel rooms and common areas Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities and equipment Attend and resolve guest maintenance complaints quickly Maintain daily maintenance logs and repair records Coordinate with external technicians for major repairs if required Ensure all equipment and utilities are functioning properly Follow safety procedures while handling tools and equipment Perform general maintenance work across the hotel when needed
