ob Title: Part-Time UI/UX & Website Designer (SaaS Product)Job Type: Part-Time Working Hours: 4 hours per day, Monday to Saturday Salary: ₹15,000 per month About the Role We are looking for a Part-Time UI/UX & Website Designer to improve our SaaS product experience. This role focuses on product usability, dashboard design, onboarding flow, and landing page optimization. We need someone who understands user behavior, conversion psychology, and product flow. Key Responsibilities • Design high-converting landing page layouts (conversion-focused structure) • Provide clean HTML/CSS implementation when required • Redesign and improve SaaS dashboard UI • Improve user onboarding experience and empty states • Reduce user confusion and cognitive load • Improve CTA clarity, hierarchy, and usability • Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes • Suggest UX improvements based on real user feedback • Work using Penpot for design collaboration Required Skills • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles • Experience designing SaaS dashboards • Knowledge of conversion-focused landing pages • Ability to provide HTML/CSS (basic front-end capability) • Experience improving product usability and flow • Comfortable working with Penpot • Strong attention to detail and user-centered thinking What We’re Looking For • Someone who thinks in systems, not just screens • Someone who prioritizes usability over decoration • Someone who understands how design impacts product growth • someone who is clear with things and thoughts Job Type: Part-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Expected hours: 24 per week Benefits: • Work from home Work Location: Remote
