Emergency Doctor (ICU – SR) Location: Mamta Medical College & Hospital, Siwan, Bihar Job Type: Full-time Experience: 5+ years in Emergency/ICU Salary: ₹150,000 – ₹2,00,000 (Negotiable as per experience) Job Description: MMCH Siwan is hiring Emergency Doctors (ICU Senior Resident – SR) to lead emergency care and coordinate ICU admissions. The SR will supervise Emergency JRs and nurses and ensure high-quality critical care management. Key Responsibilities: • Lead emergency department clinical operations • Supervise Emergency JRs & ER nurses • Advanced triage, stabilization & critical decision-making • Coordinate ICU admissions, ventilator allocation & referrals • Perform/lead airway management & intubation • Manage Code Blue & resuscitation protocols • Coordinate with consultants, OT & diagnostics • Ensure NABH compliance, documentation & handover Required Technical Skills (ICU SR – Emergency): • Advanced airway management & intubation • Ventilator initiation & basic settings • Hemodynamic monitoring & shock management • ECG interpretation, ABG interpretation • ACLS/ATLS (preferred) • Emergency ultrasound (if available – optional) • Team leadership & shift management Eligibility: MBBS with SR-level ICU/Emergency experience Valid medical registration Willing to work rotational shifts/night duties Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month Benefits: • Commuter assistance • Flexible schedule • Food provided • Paid sick time Ability to commute/relocate: • Siwan, Bihar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
