The responsibilities include overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring quality control standards, supervising structural engineering tasks, and ensuring timely completion of all project deliverables. The role requires effective communication with team members, contractors, and project stakeholders. The Site Executive and Engineer will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and project specifications. Qualifications • Experience and expertise in On-Site project management and related tasks • Strong Communication skills for team coordination and stakeholder engagement • Proficiency in Quality Control procedures and ensuring adherence to project standards • Knowledge and hands-on experience in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering principles • Ability to interpret construction plans, drawings, and technical documents • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field • Experience in a similar role or construction management is an advantage • Commitment to maintaining safety standards on-site
