Drum Teacher

Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM Type: Part-time / Full-time (as applicable) Location : Varthur Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and skilled Music Teacher to join our academy, with expertise in teaching guitar, vocals (Indian/Western) , drums, and piano. The ideal candidate should have a strong musical background, the ability to work with students of varying age groups and skill levels, and a flexible, engaging teaching style. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct one-on-one and group lessons for guitar, drums, and piano • Create structured lesson plans tailored to individual student needs • Prepare students for performances, competitions, and internal recitals • Maintain student progress records and provide regular feedback • Foster a fun, motivating, and disciplined learning environment • Collaborate with the academy team on scheduling and events • Support academy initiatives, workshops, and annual concerts Requirements: • Proficiency in playing and teaching guitar, drums, vocals (Indian/Western) and piano • Prior teaching experience in a music academy or school (preferred) • Ability to teach beginners through advanced-level students • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Patience and enthusiasm for working with children, teens, and adults • Flexibility to adapt teaching methods based on student needs • Degree/diploma in music or relevant certifications (preferred but not mandatory) Benefits: • Opportunity to work in a vibrant and creative environment • Exposure to academy performances, events, and workshops • Supportive team and professional development opportunities Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
