Customer Service Assistant (Nights) - Full Time

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist: US Voice Process with a strong American accent to handle outbound and inbound calls for our US customers. Note- This is an onsite night shift role Handle inbound & outbound customer support calls for US clients Assist customers with inquiries, service requests, follow-ups, and issue resolution Maintain detailed call records in CRM systems Meet daily/weekly call quality and performance targets Fluency in English with a full American accent (mandatory) Prior experience in US voice process / international calling preferred Comfortable working in night shifts (US time zone) Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office High energy and confidence on calls Above-industry salary + performance bonus + monthly bonus Stock options according to performance in long term Best referral bonus in the market Massive ownership of work & projects Danish Chopra
