Commissary (Retail) Manager

Oversee daily Shop & warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching. Manage inventory levels, track stock, and implement strategies to optimize stock and prevent shortages or overstocking. Supervise staff, setting clear goals and ensuring efficient workflow. Liaise with international & domestic vendors for timely & compliant procurement. Collaborate with the retail side of the business to ensure inventory aligns with store needs and customer demands. Analyse sales trend & feedback to plan effective product placement. Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other inventory and data analytics tools. Ability to multitask and perform duties in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
