OT Staff Nurse (Scrub Nurse)

Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing Registration: Valid Nursing Council Registration Experience: Minimum 1+ year as OT Scrub Nurse Key Responsibilities: • Assist surgeons during operative procedures as a Scrub Nurse • Maintain strict aseptic techniques in the operation theatre • Prepare OT, instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies before surgery • Perform scrubbing, gowning, and gloving procedures • Anticipate surgeon’s needs and provide instruments promptly • Ensure proper handling and counting of instruments, sponges, and needles • Maintain OT documentation and patient safety protocols • Follow hospital infection control and safety policies • Assist in patient positioning and preparation for surgery Required Skills: • Knowledge of OT protocols and sterile techniques • Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment • Good communication and teamwork skills • Commitment to patient safety and quality care Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: • Health insurance • Leave encashment • Life insurance • Paid sick time • Paid time off • Provident Fund Work Location: In person
