As a Client Service Representative at Ameriprise India LLP, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch financial solutions to clients while ensuring a seamless client experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Being the first point of contact for clients and advisors regarding service issues, troubleshooting, and entering complex service requests for resolution
- Educating clients and advisors on newly implemented services, systems, or procedures for efficient self-service
- Processing complex service transactions and resolving account service casework initiated through web-based or paper forms
- Interacting directly with customers via inbound/outbound phone queues to provide immediate solutions to transaction and service requests
- Participating in team meetings, huddles, and brainstorming sessions to discuss process updates and identify improvement opportunities
Qualifications required for this role include:
- Graduate/Post-Graduate in finance/commerce/business management/operations discipline
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to explain complex policies or concepts in a straightforward manner
Preferred qualifications include up to 3 years of customer service experience and exposure to the financial services industry with knowledge of products and services in Securities & Brokerage Operations & Insurance sector.
