Administrative Assistant - IT Hardware

As an Administrative Assistant at Amico Corporation within the IT department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient functioning of the team. Your responsibilities will include: - Updating employee records in software to track company-provided hardware - Tracking requirements related to various projects in the IT-Hardware department - Acting as the primary point of contact and liaison between management, internal departments, and external partners - Overseeing IT-Hardware departments inventory of office supplies, and monitoring the status of the equipment and any maintenance requirements - Assisting the IT-Hardware team with the ordering of equipment and supplies, including what is needed during the on-boarding of new employees - Preparing and distributing correspondence such as emails, memos, letters, etc. - Submitting expense reports with correct cost allocations; handling purchase orders and invoices, licensing agreements, scope of work agreements, etc. - Assisting senior leadership with new projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met - Various other administrative duties as required Your qualifications should include: - Accuracy in verifying the correctness of your work and ensuring it is free of errors - Strong written and oral communication skills for drafting professional emails - Discretion in handling confidential information - Effectiveness in completing work on time and within constraints - Interpersonal skills to confidently interact with people at all levels and build strong relationships - Problem-solving skills and the ability to find innovative solutions - Time management proficiency to handle multiple tasks and know when to seek assistance - Interest in learning new technologies and willingness to understand organizational processes and business requirements - Experience using Microsoft Office Suite Please note that the salary range for this position is $40K - $47K and will be based on your experience, skills, and qualifications.
