Financial Modeling Consultant (Startup | SaaS | Investor Readiness)

Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly experienced professional to develop a comprehensive, investor-ready 5-year financial model to support capital raising, investment committee discussions, and long-term strategic planning. Key Responsibilities • Build a bottom-up SaaS revenue model • Develop integrated 3-statement financial model (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet) • Create hiring & operating expense forecasts • Model unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback period) • Prepare capital raise & dilution scenarios • Conduct sensitivity and scenario analysis • Develop investor-ready financial outputs Requirements • Proven experience in startup or SaaS financial modeling • Experience supporting venture fundraising or investor diligence • Strong Excel financial modeling expertise • Understanding of SAFE / convertible instruments • FP&A, Investment Banking, or Venture Finance background preferred • Experience in fintech or AI startups is a plus Deliverables • Fully functional financial model (Excel) • Assumptions & revenue build schedules • Headcount and cap table modeling • Investor summary outputs
