The role involves clinical consultations, minor dental procedures, store-level responsibilities, and intra-city travel across centers as required. Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Responsibilities • Perform dental scans and teeth alignment consultations • Offer complete solutions related to aligners, oral hygiene products, and teeth whitening • Perform minor dental procedures such as scaling, fillings, OPG, etc. • Assist orthodontists in aligner procedures • Learn and execute aligner delivery procedures • Handle emergency individual appointments when required Store & Sales Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day store operations • Ensure achievement of business objectives at the store level • Handle patient queries, cases, and escalations confidently Travel Requirement • Travel within the city to different centres as per requirement • Example: Manage operations at another centre if the assigned dentist is on leave or week off Candidate Profile • Self-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment • Quick learner with strong grasping ability • Energetic, confident, and smart in handling patient cases and escalations • Strong communication and consultation skills • Sales-oriented mindset with customer-first approach Working Details • Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM • Working Days: 6 days a week • Week Off: Rotational (No weekend off; week off can be taken on any weekday except Saturday & Sunday) Employment Type • Full-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
