About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and confident Relationship Manager with 2–3 years of experience in selling retail health and life insurance to senior corporate professionals. The ideal candidate should have a consultative sales approach and the ability to build trust-based relationships with CXO-level clients .
This role involves high-level client interaction, portfolio advisory, and cross-selling opportunities within the insurance domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet and engage with CXO-level and senior management professionals to understand their personal and family insurance needs.
Conduct detailed portfolio reviews and provide consultative solutions across health and life insurance products.
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service and consistent follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams and insurers for smooth policy issuance, renewals, and claim servicing.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets through new client acquisition and portfolio enhancement.
Represent the organization in a highly professional and presentable manner at client meetings and events.
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building ability.
Highly presentable and confident in CXO-level interactions.
Consultative sales mindset with focus on client satisfaction.
