Responsibilities: • Maternity hospital experience added advantage. • Provide patient care according to defined care standards, policies, and procedures based on individual needs and a specific plan of care. • Evaluate and organize patient care to ensure continuity based on patient needs • Ensure clear and effective nurse-patient communication and patient education • Collaborate with nursing units and other service area departments for patient-related and other requirements • Accompany consultants/intensivists on patient care rounds • Administer medication using correct procedures • Ensure that patients' hygienic needs are met and that the unit is neat at all times • Assist doctors in all procedures related to patient care and ensure post-IP issues and bedside procedures are handled efficiently • Take responsibility for the collection of samples and sending them for investigations • Document all relevant records as per hospital policy • Handle all equipment in the ICU and monitor patients and patient-related emergencies • Implement necessary steps to promote a safe environment for patients, visitors, and co-workers • Stay knowledgeable and up-to-date about facility/department infection control, environmental, and safety policies and ensure compliance Requirements: • Nursing degree • Post-qualification nursing experience • Valid nursing board registration • Ability to work in a multicultural team • Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment • Commitment to continuous professional development activities • Ability to maintain meticulous records Walk In : Time : 10 am to 4 pm Plot No. 4, to, Shivaji Nagar Rd, in front of HDFC Bank, Sutgirni Chowk, Kasliwal Nagar, Garkheda, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra 431009 Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹39,560.57 per month Benefits: • Paid time off • Provident Fund Education: • Diploma (Preferred) Experience: • Nursing: 1 year (Preferred) • total work: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: • Nursing License (Preferred) Work Location: In person
