The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage and optimize processes, coordinate across departments, and ensure efficiency and productivity. The role also includes supervising team performance, implementing operational policies, and driving initiatives to meet strategic goals and deliverables. Qualifications • Strong organizational, planning, and process optimization skills • Leadership and team management experience to oversee and guide a team effectively • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities • Proficiency in using operational tools and software for reporting and analysis • Problem-solving aptitude and analytical thinking to address challenges and implement solutions • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field • Prior experience in an operations or management role with a focus on achieving results
