Job description: This job role requires connecting with the assigned leads & counseling the candidates, who are looking for a job or job change, to enroll for our IT/Non-IT certification courses that will help them to excel in their careers and land a job. Job Responsibilities: 1. Working on professionally connecting with the students and professionals based in the US to analyze their career aspirations 2. Screening Resumes of Students and Professionals and guiding them to ensure they are ready to up skill themselves by signing up for courses we offer. 3. Offering Free Career Counseling and Demo classes and assisting them through the registration process. 4. Following up on regular intervals with prospective candidates. 5. Sending the career counseling invite through email to the candidates. Job Requirements: • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. • Exceptional customer service skills.
