Job Title: Lead Generation Executive International Recruitment Location: Dombivli / Thane, Mumbai Experience: 3 – 5 Years Industry: Recruitment / Staffing Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Executive with a background in international recruitment/staffing business development, specifically for Europe and Middle East markets. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting the business development team in expanding overseas recruitment business. Key Responsibilities: • Generate B2B leads for international recruitment services. • Identify companies in Europe and Middle East requiring manpower recruitment support. • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and decision makers (HR Head / Talent Acquisition Head). • Use LinkedIn, databases, job portals, and online tools for lead generation. • Initiate cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and calls to generate business opportunities. • Build and maintain lead database and pipeline. • Schedule meetings for Business Development team with prospective clients. • Maintain lead generation reports and CRM updates. Required Skills: • 3–5 years experience in lead generation for recruitment/staffing companies. • Experience in international markets (Europe / Middle East) preferred. • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn lead generation and B2B prospecting. • Good communication and negotiation skills.
