Job post summary Pay: ₹20,000.00-₹30,000.00 per month Job Description: Job Title: Bartender Job Description: We are looking for an energetic and skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and a solid understanding of beverage preparation and presentation. As a Bartender, you’ll be responsible for crafting drinks, maintaining the bar area, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. - Interact with customers, take orders, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area. - Manage bar stock, inventory, and replenishment of supplies. - Follow all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines. - Assist in opening and closing duties as assigned. Requirements: - Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role (preferred). - Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beer. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a quick-paced environment. - Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
