JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Interact with CUSTOMERS regarding courses, registrations, schedules, and general inquiries.
- Assist students with the registration and documentation process.
- Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain and update student and customer records accurately.
- Support administrative activities including filing, data entry, and office coordination.
- Implement and follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Handle follow-ups, reminders, and basic reporting as required.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and interact effectively with students.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email handling)
- Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Positive customer handling and follow-up skills
- Basic administrative and documentation skills
- Data entry and record-keeping accuracy
- Time management and multitasking ability
- Polite, confident, and convincing telephone etiquette
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
