Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Healthcare Specialist based in Varanasi. The Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for overseeing patient care, providing medical expertise, conducting training programs, and supporting emergency medical services (EMT-related tasks). The role includes collaboration with teams and communication with clients to ensure healthcare services meet superior standards. Qualifications • Proven experience in Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) practices and healthcare service delivery • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and clients • Background in medicine and healthcare • Experience in conducting healthcare training and related programs • Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment • Prior experience in industries such as medical or healthcare manufacturing is a plus • Relevant certifications or a degree in healthcare, EMT, nursing, or related fields preferred
